The prince is one of the most important people in this little story...

His parents decided that it was time he found a wife, and so they held a ball for him. At this ball he dances with many beautiful girls but cannot find the right one. Just before he gives up hope he see's Cinderella accross the room in her beautiful dress standing alone, he asks her to dance, and they spend the rest of the evening dancing together.

He has finally found his future princess! But when she noticed what time it was she started acting strangely and fled the castle, leaving only a shoe behind. The next day, along with his trusted servant and the slipper he set out to find the girl he had met at the ball. He went to every house to see if the shoe fit anybody in the Kingdom.

When he arrived the stepmother told him that only the two ugly sisters lived in the houe. But the Prince found cinderella and asked her to try on the glass slipper, it fitted!!! The Prince had found his future wife, and so they returned to the castle, and lived happily ever after!!!
