Stepmother

Her heart was cold, she rarely ever showed emotion, except for hatred and jealousy, she loved only her two daughters, both of them as evil and wicked as she was, she taught them that the only decent men were rich ones. Her evil qualities have earned her the role of the villain in this fairy tale, and she definitely fills the part.

She married Cinderella's father solely out of greed. She and her two daughters hated Cinderella, and made her life a living hell. The stepmother wanted her two daughters to marry into wealth, as she herself had done, the prime candidate for either of her daughters future spouse was the Prince, who was wealthy beyond her wildest dreams.

So when there is a knock at the door the day after the prince's ball the stepmother is determined that the shoe will fit on one of her daughters feet. Cinderella's stepmother did her best to prevent Cinderella from trying on the glass slipper, luckily however the shoe did fit when Cinderella eventually tried it on, and so she escaped this wicked woman!!!
